LET’S RAW AND ROLL THE FOOD !!!
STUFFED MUSHROOMS:
MARINADE:
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 Tsp Nama Shoyu (organic raw soya sauce)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Let the raw mushrooms rest in the marinade for 15-30 min.
STUFFING:
mix in a food processor:
1 cup of macademia nuts
1 cup of parsley
1/2 cup of sun dried tomatos
celtic sea salt,cayenne pepper
Take a nice spoon and fill the mushrooms with stuffing, pour some of the marinade on top, parsley on the top of marinade;-) and ENJOY!
Carrots are welcomed friends beetween stuffed mushrooms!
