Something really good happened yestarday..
I woke up at 8 am and went straight to my books, which I am going to show You on tomorows video (books ,that became pretty important to me, on my raw food path).
I was reading a lot, searching on-line also and by 11-30 I started feeling strongly dragged out.
There is nothing more powerful to me than: cayenne pepper
, but- honestly-how much of that can you put into your mouth?!
SMOOTHIE! I WILL FIX ENORMOUSLY ENERGETIC SMOOTHIE!!

KICK-MY-BUNS-SMOOTHIE!!!
The ingredients are:
young coconut ( water and flesh)
1 Tsp bee pollen ( be careful-You might have allergic reaction-if You’ve never used pollens)
1 Tsp kelp
1 Tsp coconut butter
1 tsp chlorella
pinch of celtic sea salt
pinch of cayenne pepper
BLUEBERRIES
Blend it all and enjoy!
One: The taste is godlike!
Two: There is immediate response!

It’s great to see that you’re including sea vegetables in your smoothie! I definitely need to add some more kelp in my diet to get those minerals…
