Hello again!

I promised you to show how I make my own mylk.

Because I love silent movies we make lately-there are some explanations:

In an order I am showing:

1 part of soaked overnight (6 h is plenty) sunflower seeds . Tip: simply do that before you go to bed!

3 parts of water

jar with cheesecloth

honey (raw is the best, check the beekeepers in your neighborhood)

organic vanilla extract ( I usually have some raw vanilla sticks ), celtic sea salt, cardamon for great taste!

The residue of mylk might be your cheese! Add some organic, cold-press olive oil,cilantro, cayenne pepper,nama shoyu and

Voila!!!

INGREDIENTS:

3 avocados

1/3 cup of raw cacao powder or raw carob powder

1/3 cup of coconut flakes

2-3 dates 

honey or agave nectar if you use raw cacao

pinch of celtic sea salt and cayenne pepper

Mix everything in the food processor  and enjoy!

Voila!

LET’S RAW AND ROLL THE FOOD !!!

STUFFED MUSHROOMS:

MARINADE:

1/2 cup of olive oil

2 Tsp Nama Shoyu (organic raw soya sauce)

1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Let the raw mushrooms rest in the marinade for 15-30 min.

STUFFING:

mix in a food processor:

1 cup of macademia nuts

1 cup of parsley

1/2 cup of sun dried tomatos

celtic sea salt,cayenne pepper

Take a nice spoon and fill the mushrooms with stuffing, pour some of the marinade on top, parsley on the top of marinade;-) and ENJOY!

Carrots are welcomed friends beetween stuffed mushrooms!
