 SIMPLICITY : THE KEY TO STAY HEALTHY, ENERGETIC, OPEN-MINDED AND SEXY!!

RAW DIET or RAW FOOD LIFE STYLE (after a while you’ll go beyond a food – promise! ) is:

  • plant based ,vegan,preferably naturally/organically and sustainably raised foods- live foods ( when You sprout seeds and nuts you’re giving them life force!)
  • not cooked,not processed in any way ( no canes, no artificial ingredients,no suicide additivies, like yellow-blue-glowing-in-the-dark sprinkles,liquids,etc).

RAW FOODS ARE (SIMPLE WAY OF PUTTING IT ):

  • FRUITS
  • VEGETABLES
  • NUTS
  • SEEDS
  • SPROUTS
  • SEAWEED
  • SUPERFOODS

DAWID WOLFE, in his fascinating book dw-book2.jpg ,lists 14 categories of raw plant foods :

  1.  FRUITS: they contain the seed within for the reproduction of their kind. Fruits may be sweet, non-sweet, fatty. Always buy fruits with seeds!
  2. LEAVES: they are the best source of alkaline minerals! Leaves contain life force which is chlorophyll. Leaves will bring You to the center, so-anytime You’ll feel ungrounded-make up some big salad and just watch how your roots are growing!
  3. NUTS: fat dominant foods, acidic mostly, nuts are reproductive agents of certain trees. Nuts are really helpful at the transition time, but be careful-no many nuts will make you nuts!!!
  4. SEEDS: may be protein- or fat-dominant. They are reproductive agents of plants. When You soak the seeds and then sprout them You’re getting the living enzyme rich medicine!
  5. LEGUMES: peas, beans and peanuts-are often sprouted before consumpsion and fat-dominant.
  6. FLOWERS: the sexual organs of plants. Almost everytime my flower is dying-I powder it and keep as a seasoning;-)
  7. GREEN SPROUTS: are green small leaves from your sprouted seed/legume.
  8. ROOTS: the below-ground parts of plant. Burdock root rocks!
  9. SHOOTS: Shoots are young plants spread by underground runners from their parent plants.
  10. BARK: inner bark used for teas or food.
  11. SAP: the fluid of living tree: bee propolis, maple syrup.
  12. STEMS: the fibrous, structural pieces of plants.
  13. WATER VEGETATION: Sea vegetables-mineral rich , ocean plant leaves. Spirulina i algae-super, super nutritious superfoods!!
  14. MUSHROOMS: a non-chrolophyll fungus, grows without the sun, nut plays a critical role in recycling biological materials in old trees and soil. Reishi, Maitake..-SUPERFOODS, MEDICINE!!

So..if You look at those foods You might notice something obvious and simple:

RAW FOOD IS ALIVE!!!

Every time I had a conversation about my diet and I was answering about – especially- my vegan style of life – I was collecting all those simple truths about –

WHAT I FEEL FOOD SHOULD BE:

  • source of energy : what kind of energy do I get from dead animal or cooked , evaporated, shrunken carrot?

  • source of energy AGAIN: why should I feel restless, foggy, big, heavy (heavy thoughts!), lazy after a meal ( is it what You usually feel after potato-fish/steak/beans/milk dinner??!!)

  • source of living energy : all my body should feel that is getting something MORE ( nutrients, enzymes) instead of LESS ( do You know how the food an avarage person eats is demineralized and even-farther- drows the minerals out of ones body??!!!)
  • simple : every time I was going to make a dinner I felt like I’m getting a depression;-) : wait till water boils, watch if nothing is too tough/soft, watch the eventual fire;-), seasoning-too much, not enough ( have You ever noticed the rule that PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS CHANGING THE NATUAL TASTE OF THE FOOD BY COOKING, SO THEY HAVE TO USE SEASONING AND SEASONING AND SO ON…!!!)
  • being a loving human being..NO-TAKE IT BACK-being a HUMAN BEING – I have a consciousness which allowes me TO CHOOSE, or DISTINGUISH, what is good for me/ohers and what is not ( minimize the damages, get the energy not by taking others energy-particulary from beings with CNS )
  • food should be safe! Why should I bother myself with reading the labels all the time?! 

I AM AWARE OF WHAT I’M PUTTING INTO MY MOUTH BY CHOOSING THE FRESHEST, MOST NATURAL FOODS WHICH MOTHER NATURE PROVIDES IN ABUNDANCE!!!

I CAN MIX THEM LIKE A PAINTER IN ALMOST ALL WAYS  I WANT AND GET THE RAINBOW COLORS ON MY PLATE!!!
